1. Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged (after delivery), or altered items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.
Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of use or wear
- Return request made after the return window
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
